Miu Miu seeks a Client Advisor in Hong Kong (K11 Musea) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience in accordance with the brand’s client-journey standards, welcoming customers and anticipating their needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, actively contributing to overall store performance and revenue growth.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Miu Miu product ranges, brand history and DNA to inform and advise clients.
- Capture and maintain accurate client records in the Company CRM to develop long-term relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omni-channel selling mindset, supporting both in-store and e-commerce client interactions.
- Host and conduct client appointments in-person and via virtual meeting technologies.
- Use company digital tools to offer a seamless, integrated luxury experience and support online sales channels.
- Support daily store operations and collaborate with Back of House on stock management, inventory and reporting activities.
- Resolve client complaints with ownership, liaising with line management and Client Service where appropriate.
- Operate in full compliance with company procedures covering security, cash handling, inventory and reporting; treat product with the highest care and respect.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and diversity and inclusion values.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and a dynamic, enthusiastic demeanour.
- Relevant retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics preferred.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven team player with result-oriented attitude.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in retail sales is required; prior employment within the luxury fashion or cosmetics sectors is an advantage and will support immediate effectiveness in clienteling and product knowledge.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related field is advantageous.
