Role & Responsibilities
- Support general operations of the training program.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of training sessions.
- Organize and manage training materials and related documents.
- Translate training documents from English to Japanese and ensure accuracy.
- Create and update training presentations using PowerPoint.
- Input and maintain data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Assist with in-store training and on-the-job training (OJT) support.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in business-level English, including reading and translating materials.
- Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating and managing documents.
- Attention to detail and ability to work swiftly and accurately.
- Interest in fashion and the luxury industry.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in retail training and the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
