Miu Miu Retail Training Intern in Milan — support global retail training, content creation and reporting for the Client Experience & Skills programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Miu Miu Global Retail Training Manager and support the execution of the Client Experience & Skills strategy across regions.
- Assist in the design and production of offline training materials, including PowerPoint presentations focused on client experience and selling skills.
- Contribute to creation and adaptation of digital and interactive content for the Retail training app and e‑learning platforms.
- Manage end-to-end training tool workflows: content production, translation coordination, upload and communication to the Training Community.
- Monitor Training Community performance using dashboards (Power BI, Retail training app) and prepare summary reports and internal communications.
- Support operational administration of training platforms (user profiles, access management, IT tickets) and propose improvements to existing formats and tools.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or current enrolment) in HR, education, communications, fashion management or related discipline.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate in multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Internship-level role; no specific number of years required. Prior internships or practical experience in retail, learning & development, training operations or project support will be considered advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (or current enrolment) in a relevant field such as HR, education, communications, or fashion management.
