Miu Miu is hiring a Retail Supply Chain Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage and monitor worldwide Retail orders and ensure product flows to stores. The role coordinates with Retail, Production and Logistics on fulfillment priorities, stock availability, allocation and replenishment; the stated RAL is €25,000–€26,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Retail channel order book, monitoring order progress, product availability and fulfillment through company systems.
- Set order and shipment priorities based on store requirements and sales trends, coordinating with Production and Logistics.
- Manage product allocation and replenishment for stores at country and worldwide levels.
- Monitor stock and coordinate product movements and transfers between stores, identifying available stock to meet Retail requests.
- Support the buying campaign by uploading orders and making them available to Production after showroom close, and contribute to setting related priorities.
- Manage sale-related activities and product transfers to the Outlet channel, ensuring information is correctly updated in the system.
- Maintain periodic reporting to support monitoring of orders, stock and Retail performance.
- Use AS400, Stealth, SAP and Power BI to manage orders operationally, maintain data and monitor key flows.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics or Management Engineering.
- Some prior experience in Supply Chain, Allocation, Production Planning or Business Analysis, preferably in a structured Fashion & Luxury or Retail environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot tables.
- Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems; knowledge of Stealth, SAP and/or AS400 is a plus.
- Accuracy, problem-solving ability and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Good knowledge of English.
