Role & Responsibilities
- Manage assigned vendor groups with precise monitoring of production advancement status for orders and manufacturing requests
- Verify material availability and collaborate with procurement to identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions
- Maintain and update production reporting systems (Excel), flagging delays, production blocks, and workload distribution
- Administer picking operations via Stealth system
- Partner with the planning team to optimize production workflows and efficiency
- Support resolution of technical and quality issues in coordination with the technical department
- Participate in advancement meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2–3 years of production coordination experience within fashion or luxury manufacturing
- Proficiency with leather goods and handbag production processes
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Stealth knowledge preferred)
- Precision and problem-solving orientation with results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative competencies
