Miu Miu Product Training Intern in Milan – support retail training development and digital content creation for luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and update of offline training materials (PowerPoint-based) focused on Miu Miu collections and products across categories and seasonal topics
- Support the creation of targeted training materials aligned with specific products and business priorities
- Contribute to the development of online and interactive training content for the MyMiuSpace Digital Retail Training platform
- Support the development and coordination of video and digital content focused on Miu Miu collections and products
- Manage the end-to-end production of training tools, including production, translation, upload, communication, and deployment tracking
- Generate ideas to improve and innovate existing training tools and formats
- Support the preparation and organization of classroom and in-store training sessions, both in-person and virtual
- Assist in preparing materials and activities for Train the Trainers sessions for the Regional Training Community
- Coordinate training activities and collect feedback from participants and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's Degree student or recent graduate, preferably in Fashion, Luxury Management, or related disciplines
- Strong passion for fashion, luxury, and retail environments
- Demonstrated interest in training, learning, and content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, or other creative design tools
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and training management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Master's degree student or recent graduate with a strong passion for fashion and luxury retail; prior internship experience in training, learning and development, or content creation is preferred but not required.
Education
Master's Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Fashion, Luxury Management, Business, Communications, or related fields; candidates currently enrolled in a Master's programme are encouraged to apply.
