Role & Responsibilities
- Verify availability of materials required for garment production, coordinating with the Purchasing Department for procurement requests
- Provide model coding specialists with essential information including codes, bills of materials, components, and color variants
- Verify technical feasibility of materials and adherence to development timelines
- Monitor delivery status of raw materials and semi-finished goods
- Collaborate with colleagues overseeing collection launches and progressions to ensure correct development of sample garments and runway pieces
- Participate in industrialization and production fittings, contributing to optimization of the product development process
- Support resolution of technical issues arising during development and production phases by coordinating with relevant departments
Qualifications
- Degree in fashion/apparel technical studies
- 2–3 years of experience within a Product Development (RTW) office at luxury textile and apparel companies
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Precision, flexibility, excellent teamwork capabilities, and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of pattern-making and garment construction and production techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AS400, and PLM software
- Fluent English

Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in a Product Development office (Ready-to-Wear) within the luxury textile and apparel sector, with demonstrated expertise in translating design concepts into manufacturable products and managing cross-functional product development workflows.
Education
Bachelor's degree in fashion design, apparel technology, fashion engineering, or equivalent technical qualification in apparel development.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 27,000 to EUR 33,000 per annum.
