Miu Miu seeks Pricing & Costing Analyst in Milan to manage Ready-to-Wear product costs, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and calculate Ready-to-Wear product costs across all lifecycle stages, including development, prototyping, and industrialisation
- Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to gather data and establish cost parameters
- Monitor cost variances and deliver detailed reports to inform pricing and margin-related decision-making
- Update and maintain company information systems with costing data (CAP3000), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Identify and analyse variances between budgeted and actual costs, proposing corrective actions as needed
- Support the team in defining cost optimisation strategies while maintaining the brand's quality standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines
- 5–10 years of experience in pricing, costing, or product-related roles within luxury textile and apparel companies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear products
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and principal data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Stealth, or CAP3000 is highly valued
- English language competency at B2 level or higher
- Strong negotiation skills and team-oriented approach
