Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with worldwide PR sample processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and editorial offices to manage sample requests and coordinate shipping to subsidiaries
- Support coordination of brand presentations and strategy updates with worldwide PR teams and subsidiary offices, managing press folders and content archives
- Monitor and coordinate PR sample production timelines, overseeing product shipment logistics to international subsidiaries
- Conduct editorial valuations (DMR) and competitive analysis to monitor media coverage, identify market trends, and ensure consistent global brand fashion strategy amplification
- Maintain and update press contact databases, media mailing lists, and digital galleries using Launchmetrics platform
- Provide operational support for press events, sample shipments, gift distribution, seeding activities, and show organization
Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing within the luxury or fashion sector
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with ability to prioritize multiple objectives and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sophisticated presentation abilities
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury products with keen interest in media landscape trends
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry. Demonstrated ability to manage relational and managerial responsibilities in a professional environment.
Education
Candidate should be pursuing or hold a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Fashion Studies, or a related discipline. Currently enrolled in an academic program or recent graduate preferred for internship eligibility.
