Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
- Monitor and manage sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to meet sales budgets.
- Develop and align buying strategies with the headquarters team.
- Identify target assortments to match regional market needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product training for regional teams, including pre-launch and in-season sessions.
- Participate in special projects such as capsules, store events, and pop-ups.
- Manage inventory levels to maximize sales and maintain stable stock for carry-over items.
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
- Foster collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Japanese at a business level.
- Over 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry.
- Experience in a retail environment with a strong understanding of retail processes and procedures.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
