Miu Miu Client Advisor (K11 Musea) in Hong Kong — Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor to deliver omnichannel luxury service in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience, placing the client at the centre of every interaction and following the brand's client journey ceremony.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals, actively contributing to overall store performance.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and fluency in Miu Miu’s brand values, history and seasonal DNA to advise and inspire clients.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to nurture relationships and develop future sales opportunities.
- Embrace and operationalise an omnichannel mindset, supporting both in-store and ecommerce client needs and leveraging digital tools.
- Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually, providing a seamless, technology-enabled service.
- Operate daily store procedures including stockroom organisation, inventory control, cash activity and required head-office reporting.
- Resolve client complaints with ownership and escalate to line management or Client Service team when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and back-of-house teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience and a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience; prior retail experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics strongly preferred.
- Passion for fashion, polished presentation and a client-focused disposition.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English (ability to interact with local and international clients).
Skills
Experience
Relevant retail sales experience is required; prior experience within luxury fashion or cosmetics is an advantage and beneficial for immediate impact in clientelling and product advisory.
Education
No specific academic degree required; secondary education or vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
