Miu Miu seeks an In‑Store Visual Merchandiser in London (Harrods) to create and maintain brand‑led displays and enhance the customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain window and in‑store displays in accordance with global visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Adapt global VM concepts to the store’s specific layout, size and inventory levels while preserving brand integrity.
- Ensure all props, fixtures and lighting are maintained in perfect condition and report repair or replacement needs promptly.
- Conduct regular visual merchandising audits to verify displays are well stocked, clean and aligned with merchandising plans.
- Support and deliver special projects (events, pop‑ups, seasonal transformations) liaising with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with local and global VM teams to provide feedback on store needs and the performance of visual initiatives.
- Analyse display performance using sales, footfall and other KPIs to inform visual strategies and optimisations.
- Work with retail and sales teams to translate customer feedback and purchasing behaviour into display improvements.
- Monitor fashion and market trends to keep displays current, relevant and inspirational for the target clientele.
- Train and coach the sales team in core visual merchandising principles to maintain standards during absences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or high‑end fashion environments.
- Demonstrable understanding of fashion, trends and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Excellent eye for detail and high standards of visual presentation.
- Strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities, store events and seasonal changes.
- Vocational or academic qualification in visual merchandising, fashion, design or retail preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant visual merchandising experience, ideally gained in luxury or premium retail. Experience delivering seasonal campaigns, windows and in‑store transformations, and working with cross‑functional teams is preferred.
Education
Diploma or degree in visual merchandising, fashion, design or retail management, or equivalent professional experience.
