Miu Miu in-store CRM Manager position in Hong Kong; lead clienteling strategy and client relationship initiatives in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, drive, coach and support store teams in developing a client-oriented mindset while ensuring consistent execution of all clienteling activities
- Leverage client and market analysis to establish store-level clienteling objectives and drive Private Appointment, Outreach, and Prospect activities
- Partner with Store Managers to conduct deep-dive client profiling sessions with Client Advisors to identify targets for VIC events and brand experiences
- Support client acquisition and retention strategies by identifying and capitalizing on local market opportunities
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with landlords, third-party partners, and personal networks to facilitate client development
- Identify and develop existing and prospective clients with potential to transition into VIC (Very Important Client) status
- Collaborate with store teams on personalized outreach content and event invitation strategies
- Support the CRM Manager on clienteling processes, ensuring proper implementation and consistency of approach across locations
- Supervise and promote correct utilization of all clienteling and CRM tools within the store environment
- Coordinate Client Experience activities designed for local VICs and oversee delivery of premium in-store service
- Collect CRM requirements and share best practices across the retail network
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail clienteling or customer relationship management
- Demonstrated expertise in client segmentation and CRM strategy execution
- Strong track record of driving business results through client-focused initiatives
- Experience coaching and motivating retail teams
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and clienteling tools
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a clienteling, CRM, or client-facing leadership role. Previous experience managing or coaching retail teams in high-touch customer engagement environments is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
