Miu Miu seeks an In-Store CRM Manager in Hong Kong to lead clienteling, CRM execution and store coaching at Landmark.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach and support store teams to adopt a client-oriented mindset and consistently execute clienteling activities.
  • Use client and market analysis to set store-level clienteling objectives and drive Private Appointments, outreach and prospecting initiatives to achieve business targets.
  • Support client acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging local market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, third-party partners and personal networks for client development.
  • Identify and develop new and existing clients (prospects) into future Very Important Clients (VICs).
  • Guide store teams on personalised outreach, event invitation content and bespoke client communications.
  • Support the CRM Manager in defining and implementing clienteling processes; ensure consistent use of clienteling tools and methodologies across stores.
  • Contribute to local VIC client experience activities to deliver the highest level of in-store service.
  • Collect CRM needs from stores and disseminate best practices and learnings across teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in luxury retail CRM, clienteling or boutique sales leadership; demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
  • Experience coaching and developing retail teams with a measurable impact on sales and client engagement.
  • Business development mindset with strong results orientation and commercial curiosity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across store, landlord and corporate levels.
  • Analytical capability to interpret client and market data and translate insights into actionable clienteling objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM and clienteling platforms and processes (implementation, governance and adoption).

Experience
