Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with press and media partners to ensure consistent, high-quality coverage aligned with brand objectives.
  • Define and execute PR strategies for events, shows, and launches in collaboration with global PR teams to enhance brand strategy and media coverage.
  • Introduce innovative and culturally relevant approaches to strengthen brand positioning and engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications with headquarters and subsidiaries to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and oversee press materials, ensuring consistency of tone of voice across all communication channels.
  • Manage event-related PR budgets.

Skills

Strong editorial sensibility with proven experience in luxury fashion communications and strategic media relations. Deep understanding of the fashion and cultural landscape. Ability to develop compelling narratives and press materials that resonate with diverse media audiences. Budget and event management competencies. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian and Spanish media ecosystems and cultural nuances is highly valued. Experience with media analytics tools such as Launchmetrics is appreciated.

Proven experience in luxury fashion communications and strategic media relations.
