Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations to ensure the seamless functioning and updating of MiuMiu.com.
  • Assist in managing and implementing special projects, new features, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency and accuracy in visual and editorial content across the eCommerce platform globally.
  • Contribute to content creation for the product catalog and website, focusing on editorial copy and technical product descriptions.
  • Aid in the development of newsletter content and product catalog descriptions, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice and commercial objectives.
  • Prepare internal and cross-functional briefs and reports.
  • Collaborate with communication, social, and performance media teams to support campaign execution and communication projects.
  • Perform online competitor monitoring and benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields.

Skills

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Basic understanding of eCommerce and digital principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of eCommerce and digital principles is preferred.

Education

Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields.
