Miu Miu Digital Client Services Advisor in Hong Kong – join the CRM & Omnichannel team providing exceptional customer support across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customers across APAC markets with multilingual assistance via telephone, live chat, social media, email, and other digital channels
- Execute client outreach initiatives and drive sales through strategic clienteling practices
- Identify customer needs, preserve relationships, and resolve service and product-related issues
- Provide comprehensive assistance during e-commerce transactions and deliver dedicated aftersales support
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement efficient and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or fashion-related qualification/experience
- Demonstrated selling and clienteling skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong multitasking and computer proficiency with extensive customer-facing experience
- Collaborative team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent fashion industry background. Proven track record in sales and clienteling within a customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; fashion-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
