Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Ensure excellence in client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
- Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
- Act as a staff motivator, promoting team spirit and cultivating a positive environment.
- Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify talents within the team for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective and efficient care of the company's assets and support synergy between front and back of house.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of market trends and client development strategies.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
