Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
  • Ensure excellence in client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
  • Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
  • Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
  • Act as a staff motivator, promoting team spirit and cultivating a positive environment.
  • Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Identify talents within the team for internal development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective and efficient care of the company's assets and support synergy between front and back of house.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and client development strategies.

Skills

Excellent leadership and motivational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
