Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze category performance and develop action plans to drive improvements and exceed KPI targets
- Collaborate with the store manager to execute sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities across the department
- Build and cultivate customer relationships through consultative selling and post-sale ceremonies to enhance loyalty
- Mentor and develop team members through product knowledge training, selling techniques, and customer service excellence
