Role & Responsibilities
- Support weekly and monthly CRM KPI tracking and analysis.
- Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for retail teams.
- Help organize personalized CRM campaigns, including targeting, content, and deployment.
- Assist in preparing clienteling toolkits for store teams.
- Support in-store events and gifting initiatives.
- Collect feedback from stores and share best practices.
- Assist with the implementation of client-focused initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers for gifts and logistics.
- Manage invoices and supplier communications.
- Assist the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles in internal tools.
- Support purchase order creation and budget tracking.
- Manage loyalty-related orders such as gifts, cards, and CRM materials.
- Support the adoption of CRM processes and digital tools.
- Help train team members on system use and best practices.
- Monitor and report on CRM initiatives and productivity KPIs.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but familiarity with CRM tools and processes is advantageous.
