Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Korea CRM and omnichannel client development strategy to increase lifetime value, share of wallet and client retention across retail and digital touchpoints.
  • Design, plan and deliver targeted CRM campaigns (acquisition, activation, retention, VIP/concierge) leveraging segmentation, lifecycle management and A/B testing.
  • Own client data strategy in collaboration with data, IT and regional teams—ensure clean segmentation, CDP use, and actionable customer insights.
  • Integrate digital and in-store clienteling initiatives; align sales teams and shop management through training, playbooks and regular performance reviews.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and platform vendors (campaign execution, creative, analytics, CRM tooling).
  • Track and report KPI performance (CRM KPIs, retention, conversion, AOV, campaign ROI) and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
  • Lead local CRM roadmap delivery, including calendar planning, budget monitoring and cross-functional project management with merchandising, retail, e‑commerce and regional marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all client communications and data handling.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in CRM, client development or loyalty roles within luxury retail or premium fashion.
  • Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable success driving client acquisition, reactivation and VIP programmes.
  • Advanced analytical capability with comfort interpreting CRM metrics, segmentation and campaign performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience training frontline retail teams.
  • High level of discretion and adherence to data protection and privacy standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
