Miu Miu is hiring a CRM & Client Development Intern in Milan — internship supporting CRM campaigns, data segmentation and omnichannel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM team in executing targeted email, SMS and loyalty campaigns across local and global customer segments.
- Assist with data preparation, cleansing and audience segmentation to enable personalized communications and clienteling activities.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards (campaign KPIs, customer lifecycle metrics, sales attribution) to inform optimisation.
- Collaborate with retail, digital and wholesale teams to coordinate omnichannel initiatives and local store activations.
- Contribute to CRM project work: A/B tests, automation flows, data hygiene processes and platform configuration tasks.
- Support client development activities by maintaining customer records, tracking high-value client interactions and preparing briefing materials for sales teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude with strong numerical literacy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare clear reports and stakeholder-ready summaries.
- Proactive team player who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior exposure to CRM, retail or marketing projects via internship(s) or academic work is advantageous.
- High level of integrity when handling personal and customer data; understands basic data protection principles.

Internship-level role. Candidates should have academic or practical exposure to CRM, marketing analytics, retail operations or clienteling through coursework, projects or prior internships; 0–1 year of relevant experience is typical.
Education
