Miu Miu Clienteling & Campaign Intern in Milan: CRM and omnichannel support role combining campaign execution and analytical excellence within the Prada Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation and deployment of CRM campaigns and newsletters across multiple channels, coordinating the end-to-end process from briefing to launch
- Facilitate the communication and rollout of key CRM and Clienteling initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns and strategic Clienteling initiatives through KPI tracking, recurring analyses and reporting activities, translating data into actionable insights
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards and tracking files, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reliability
- Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, business reviews, training materials and communication documents for regional teams and top management
- Collaborate closely with regional CRM teams, Retail, Merchandising, Events, Communication and headquarters stakeholders on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or Luxury Goods Management
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in understanding client behavior and business dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English and Italian language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
