Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience and act as a brand ambassador to convey Miu Miu’s values and aesthetic.
• Develop and maintain personalised client relationships, leveraging CRM and digital tools to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively pursue sales opportunities and cross‑sell across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and market knowledge, including fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Manage daily goods receipt, organise merchandise according to corporate procedures and prepare stock for the sales floor and special areas.
• Ensure accurate stock records and product flow tracking using the SAP system; perform regular product counts and stocktakes.
• Oversee stockroom operations including markdowns, repairs handling and shop‑to‑shop transfers, complying with corporate deadlines.
• Contribute to high standards of visual display and shop floor presentation in line with company guidelines.
• Implement loss prevention measures and safeguard valuable merchandise throughout the handling process.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the line manager where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English is required; additional languages are desirable.
• Demonstrable affinity and enthusiasm for luxury fashion products.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and reliable with a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team; mature and assertive interpersonal style.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and apply corporate retail procedures.

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; hands‑on experience with stock control and boutique operations. Experience using SAP and CRM systems is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or a related discipline is desirable.
