Role & Responsibilities

  • Create warm, sophisticated retail environments centred on client needs and preferences, delivering excellence aligned with the Client Journey Ceremony protocol
  • Exceed personal sales targets whilst contributing to overall store performance through consistently high-quality selling and service delivery
  • Maintain KPI achievement with commitment to world-class service and sales standards
  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of Miu Miu brand DNA, heritage, and culture; communicate these insights authentically to clients
  • Proactively acquire and accurately input client data into the CRM system; cultivate personalised relationships that generate future business opportunities
  • Champion omnichannel retail practices and seamlessly integrate physical and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain current awareness of luxury fashion trends, competitive intelligence, and styling insights; leverage this knowledge in client interactions and recommendations
  • Address client feedback and complaints with responsibility and professionalism, collaborating with management and customer service teams as needed
  • Treat merchandise with the highest level of care and respect
  • Actively utilise digital tools to deliver seamless, integrated luxury experiences
  • Conduct professional in-store consultations and technology-enabled virtual appointments with equal sophistication

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Passion for fashion and demonstrated affinity for Prada, Miu Miu, and Church's brands
  • Sales and client relationship-building experience within luxury, premium luxury, or selective retail environments
  • Extensive sales experience across ready-to-wear, footwear, and leather goods categories
  • Track record in high-touch client acquisition and account management (外商)
  • Experience leveraging mobile and digital tools for long-term client development and promotional campaigns
  • Demonstrated capability in multilingual luxury retail (English, Mandarin, or Korean proficiency; business-level Japanese fluency is mandatory)
  • Professional deportment with strong personal accountability and work ethic
  • Hospitality or related industry experience welcomed where applicable
