Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
  • Ensure high-quality sales and customer service to meet KPI goals.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and culture.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
  • Host customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Relevant experience in sales, preferably in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
  • Good team player and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
