Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
- Ensure high-quality sales and customer service to meet KPI goals.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and culture.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Host customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, and inventory.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
- Good team player and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Relevant experience in sales, particularly within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry, is preferred.
