Miu Miu is hiring a Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver luxury retail excellence and maximize sales through exceptional client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized engagement, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Proactively pursue cross-selling opportunities across all departments and maximize sales to achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitive landscape, and brand developments
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, values, and product categories
- Address customer concerns effectively and liaise with store management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays to company standards, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Uphold store security protocols and maintain vigilance against product loss
Qualifications
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion and knowledge of fashion and luxury product categories
Skills
Experience
Experience in a retail or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred, with demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in retail management, luxury brand studies, or related fields is advantageous.
