Miu Miu seeks a Client Advisor to serve as the brand's ambassador in the Singapore boutique, embodying the house's philosophy while maximizing sales performance and fostering lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional in-store experience, demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, manage cross-selling opportunities across departments, and maintain operational excellence in line with company standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized engagement, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Proactively pursue cross-selling opportunities across all departments and maximize sales to achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitive landscape, and brand developments
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, values, and product categories
- Address customer concerns effectively and liaise with store management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays to company standards, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Uphold store security protocols and maintain vigilance against product loss

- Passion for human relations and sales
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion and knowledge of fashion and luxury product categories
Skills
Experience
Experience in a retail or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred, with demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in retail management, luxury brand studies, or related fields is advantageous.
