Role & Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the centre, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performances, contributing to overall store success
• Exceed KPI goals whilst ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and expertise in Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and brand DNA
• Capture and manage customer data in the Company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
• Conduct follow-up communications with clients using CRM tools to strengthen long-term relationships
• Host and conduct appointments both in-store and via virtual channels
• Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset across all customer interactions
• Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide informed advice to clients
• Take ownership of resolving client complaints in coordination with line management and the Client Service team
• Operate with the highest level of care and respect for products and inventory
• Utilize Company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience
• Work collaboratively with back-of-house operations to maintain an organized stockroom and ensure smooth daily store operations
• Execute all Company procedures relating to operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting
• Demonstrate teamwork and partnership with colleagues, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury fashion and the Miu Miu brand
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences
• Strong sales acumen and proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of luxury retail best practices and client journey principles

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is a plus.
