Miu Miu (Prada Group) seeks a Client Advisor in Paris to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to convey Miu Miu’s philosophy and deliver an exemplary luxury client journey.
- Welcome and serve clients on the shop floor, providing personalised styling advice and an outstanding in‑store experience.
- Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to build and nurture long‑term client relationships and future opportunities.
- Drive individual and team sales through proactive prospecting, cross‑selling across departments and achievement of KPIs.
- Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach to client engagement, supporting online and in‑store integration.
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in accordance with Miu Miu operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Handle client enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Remain attentive to security and loss‑prevention practices to protect product integrity.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven aptitude for building long‑lasting client relationships and delivering personalised service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑facing manner.
- Result driven, resilient, self‑motivated and able to perform under commercial targets.

Experience
Experience in luxury retail or fashion sales with a demonstrated record of developing client relationships, meeting sales targets and working within a CRM‑driven environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or higher education in retail, fashion, or a related discipline is a plus.
