Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver the full "client journey ceremony", ensuring an exceptional luxury in‑store experience at all times.
- Identify client needs, build meaningful relationships and develop long‑term loyalty through personalised service and clienteling.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the Company CRM to support ongoing engagement and future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach to client service, coordinating with digital and store channels to maximise opportunities.
- Actively cross‑sell across departments and proactively pursue individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge and monitor fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and shop‑floor presentation in line with Miu Miu operational guidelines.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention and security measures to protect product integrity.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable passion for retail and luxury fashion, with a strong interest in art and design.
- Proven experience building long‑lasting client relationships (clienteling) in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Availability for retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a high‑end boutique environment with a proven track record of clienteling, achieving sales KPIs and managing CRM records.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or fashion is a plus.
