Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Place the customer at the center of the experience, meeting their needs with excellence in service.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display.
  • Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
