Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Okinawa, Japan. Deliver luxury retail excellence, drive sales, and cultivate VIP client relationships in a prestigious fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a warm and refined environment that embodies the Client Journey Ceremony and exceeds expectations across all touchpoints
- Exceed personal sales targets and drive overall store performance through high-caliber sales execution and KPI attainment
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate the heritage, culture, and brand DNA of Prada, Miu Miu, and Church's to enhance client conversations
- Actively capture and accurately input client information into the CRM system, building and maintaining long-term relationships through personalized, consultative approaches that identify future business opportunities
- Champion an omnichannel mindset, seamlessly integrating store-based and digital channels to deliver a cohesive luxury experience
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and styling techniques to inform client consultations and recommendations
- Address client feedback and complaints professionally and collaboratively, escalating to management or customer service as appropriate
- Handle all merchandise with the highest level of care and respect
- Leverage digital tools and technologies to facilitate appointments, virtual consultations, and seamless client interactions
- Support back-of-house operations in coordination with store management, maintaining organized stockroom environments and efficient logistics
- Adhere to operational procedures, inventory controls, security protocols, POS systems, and reporting requirements as directed by headquarters
- Foster teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous excellence while championing diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Proven sales and client-building experience in luxury, premium luxury, or select retail environments
- Extensive experience selling ready-to-wear, footwear, and leather goods
- Demonstrated success in VIP client development or external sales (外商) activities
- Experience using smartphones and digital platforms for long-term client engagement and promotional campaigns
- Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean at business level or above (business-level Japanese is mandatory)
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of responsibility in all business dealings
- Background in hospitality or related customer-facing sectors welcome
