Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the client at the center of all activities, creating warm and refined environments that deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand's client journey ceremony
  • Exceed personal sales targets and drive store-wide performance through high-caliber selling and consistent KPI achievement
  • Demonstrate profound product knowledge and articulate the history, culture, and brand DNA of Prada, Miu Miu, and Church's to clients
  • Actively capture and accurately record client information in the CRM system to build, maintain, and strengthen personalized relationships that generate future business opportunities
  • Understand and actively promote omnichannel retail strategies, ensuring seamless integration across in-store and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain comprehensive awareness of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform client conversations and styling recommendations
  • Respond responsibly to client feedback and complaints in partnership with management and customer service teams
  • Handle merchandise with the highest level of care and respect appropriate to luxury goods
  • Leverage digital tools and technology to deliver integrated luxury experiences, including virtual appointment scheduling capabilities
  • Participate in store operations and back-of-house coordination to maintain organized stock environments
  • Comply with operational guidelines, inventory management, security protocols, cash register procedures, logistics, and corporate reporting requirements
  • Foster teamwork through open and constructive communication, contributing to an inclusive workplace that respects diversity and creates positive team dynamics

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion and demonstrated affinity for Prada, Miu Miu, or Church's brands
  • Proven sales and client-building experience in luxury, premium luxury, or selective retail environments
  • Extensive sales experience across ready-to-wear, footwear, and leather goods categories
  • Track record in high-touch luxury sales (外商/external sales clienteling)
  • Experience leveraging smartphones and digital tools for long-term client cultivation and promotional activities
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or equivalent) combined with business-level Japanese language skills (mandatory)
  • Professional demeanor and accountability in executing responsibilities
  • Prior experience in hospitality or related service-oriented industries is welcome
