Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, while embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Engage customers with an excellent in-store experience, maximizing sales opportunities through cross-selling across departments.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
