Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Milan, Italy—luxury retail sales, inventory management, and brand ambassador role combining customer service with stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized engagement, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Drive cross-departmental sales and identify opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain expert knowledge of fashion trends, competitive offerings, and brand and product attributes
- Resolve customer complaints effectively in liaison with store management
- Ensure shop floor and visual display standards meet company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Implement daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product preparation for sales floor deployment following corporate procedures
- Organize and execute product counts and stock-take inventories
- Track product flow and manage inventory within the SAP system
- Manage stockroom operations related to repairs, markdowns, returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain warehouse security and product integrity throughout the handling process
- Contribute to loss prevention and security protocols on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- High affinity and passion for luxury fashion products
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales, client advisory, or stock management is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required. Training in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 30,022 to EUR 45,000 per annum.
