Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Milano combining luxury retail sales and stock management, EUR 30,022–45,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide customers with exceptional in-store experiences at all times
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Engage in proactive cross-selling across all departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Stay current with fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively in coordination with line management
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in accordance with operational guidelines
- Contribute to security measures and loss prevention efforts
- Ensure proper handling and safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse
- Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and stock floor preparation
- Organize and execute product counting and stocktakes
- Track product flow through the SAP system
- Manage product flow during repairs and markdown activities
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines

Skills
Experience
