Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Milan. Drive sales and inventory management while delivering exceptional luxury brand experiences. €30,022–€45,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with excellence, delivering a consistently high-quality in-store experience
- Develop and maintain individual client relationships through personalized engagement and CRM tools
- Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and product assortment
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge in all customer interactions
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual displays to the highest standards in compliance with operational guidelines
- Monitor and enhance store security while preventing product loss and theft
- Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product preparation for sales floor presentation
- Organize and perform inventory counts, stock-takes, and stockroom activities related to markdowns
- Track product flow through SAP systems and manage inventory during repair cycles
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries within corporate deadlines
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English
- High affinity for luxury products and brands
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Mature, assertive professional demeanor
Skills
Experience
Retail or luxury sales experience is expected. Demonstrated success in client relationship building and sales achievement is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; commercial, retail, or fashion-related qualifications are advantageous.
