Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, consulting with management as needed.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines.
- Ensure product security and prevent theft.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken English, with additional languages preferred.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
