Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
  • Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials during handling processes.
  • Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
  • Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
  • Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
  • Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
  • Ensure timely returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines.

Skills

Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous. Strong affinity for luxury products. High sense of responsibility. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Organized and detail-oriented. Mature and assertive demeanor. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is preferred.

Education

A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
