Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Foster and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
- Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials during handling processes.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Ensure timely returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is preferred.
Education
A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
