Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center and meeting their needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
- Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Miu Miu and Prada products, history, and culture.
- Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock management.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
