Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center and meeting their needs.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
  • Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Miu Miu and Prada products, history, and culture.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock management.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, and reporting.
  • Foster a positive work environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the managed product category

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
