Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Exceed KPI goals by providing high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
  • Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with care and respect, utilizing digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually, leveraging technology.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and an organized stock room.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, open communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Fluency in spoken Mandarin

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
