Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to store success.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and understanding of Prada's history and culture.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stockroom organization.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.
