Role & Responsibilities

- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to store success.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and understanding of Prada's history and culture.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stockroom organization.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
