Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring superior service in-store and online.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's history and culture.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the Client Service team.
  • Handle products with care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock management.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
  • Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Teamwork and independent work capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
