Miu Miu Client Advisor in Lisbon — luxury retail sales role with focus on customer experience and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the customer at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming retail environment and consistently meeting requests in accordance with the luxury client journey protocol
- Capture and maintain customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalised relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote omnichannel retail mindset, leveraging digital and physical touchpoints to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure consistent service excellence, foster open communication, and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
- Welcome and serve customers with exemplary in-store presentation and service quality at all times
- Execute proactive cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge in all customer interactions
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual display standards in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention initiatives

- Demonstrated experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Fluent spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales or client-facing luxury brand environments with demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
