Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Miu Miu's philosophy and values while guiding clients through the world of luxury fashion and design
- Create a welcoming in-store environment and deliver exceptional service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data within the Company CRM to personalize engagement and develop future opportunities
- Welcome and serve clients with consistent excellence, discovering their needs and fostering meaningful brand loyalty
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain deep knowledge of current fashion trends, competitors, and product category expertise
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to inform client consultations
- Address customer concerns effectively, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security by remaining attentive to loss prevention measures
- Embrace omnichannel retail mindset and collaborate as a team player to ensure consistent exceptional experiences

Skills
Experience
