Miu Miu Client Advisor position in Kuala Lumpur. Deliver luxury customer experiences and drive sales for the iconic Italian fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Drive individual sales performance and maximize personal contributions toward store and team sales targets
- Exceed KPI goals whilst maintaining the highest quality of customer service and sales execution
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and deep understanding of Miu Miu brand heritage, culture, and design philosophy
- Capture and manage client data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote an omnichannel retail mindset across in-store and ecommerce channels
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market insights to advise clients confidently
- Resolve client complaints with ownership, escalating to management or client services when necessary
- Handle all products with the highest level of care and respect
- Utilize company digital tools and technologies to provide a complete and integrated luxury shopping experience
- Host and conduct client appointments both in-person and through virtual channels
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations, participate in daily store activities, and maintain an organized stockroom
- Adhere to all company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and head office reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster open communication, ensure consistent service excellence, and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Strong passion for luxury fashion and demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales or client-facing advisory roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Result-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous

Experience
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury retail environments or hospitality, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and delivering high-touch client experiences. Experience with omnichannel retail models and CRM platforms is preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further education in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous.
