Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and strive to meet every client need and request, delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success and KPI achievement
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of products, Prada and Miu Miu history, culture, and brand DNA
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote the omni-channel mindset, leveraging digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience
- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually, utilizing technology to enhance engagement
- Take ownership of resolving client complaints in liaison with management and the client service team
- Operate with the highest level of care and respect for all products, ensuring proper handling and inventory management
- Work in synergy with back-of-house teams, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stockroom
- Execute company procedures related to operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting with full compliance
- Foster teamwork and open communication with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and maintain a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Miu Miu brand
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and foster positive relationships

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, high-end customer service, or fashion-related environments is advantageous. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a sophisticated retail setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion, retail management, or related fields is advantageous but not required.
