Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming boutique environment and consistently exceeding expectations through exemplary service execution aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Drive individual and team sales performance by actively pursuing sales targets and maximizing personal productivity to contribute to overall store success
  • Exceed KPI targets by maintaining the highest standards of sales quality and customer service delivery
  • Cultivate comprehensive product expertise encompassing Miu Miu's collections, brand heritage, creative vision, and design philosophy to advise clients knowledgeably
  • Capture and maintain customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Champion the omnichannel retail strategy by seamlessly integrating in-store and digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive luxury experiences
  • Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and emerging designers to engage clients in meaningful dialogue and provide informed recommendations
  • Resolve client concerns proactively by liaising with management and the client service team, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications
